Hands-on Practice Worksheet

This worksheet is designed to be updated to fit your training database by a KLAS Admin or senior RA; just swap out the underlined sections with a patron (or book) that fits the scenario and the answer key.

However, if no one is available to customize the worksheet, it can still be used! Instead of looking at a specific record and filling in the specific answer, reference any example patron and fill in only the "where to find it" lines.
